FAQ
Lead Time
What are typical lead times?
Cascade series: Typically is two (2) to four (4) weeks depending upon laminate availability and plant back log.
Olympic & Selkirk: Typically is five (5) to seven (7) weeks depending upon phenolic availability and plant back log.
Hardware and Parts
Are toilet partition hardware interchangeable between brands?
No. Although some parts may be interchangeable, typically each manufacturer provides hardware to conform to their standards, application, and requirements.
What happens if I need a replacement part and the color is discontinued?
A. Sometimes we can locate limited amounts of laminate in discontinued colors, although lead times and order minimums may make it cost prohibitive.
B. You can send us a sample of your laminate, and we will attempt to match it to the closest current color readily available. (We cannot guarantee how close the match will be.)
C. You may select a current complementary color in lieu of attempting to match a color. This may work better because it appears like a design statement rather than a "fix".
Custom Orders
Do you manufacture custom partitions?
Yes. It is helpful if we are included in the design of the system, to help ensure that it is reliable, safe, federal code compliant, and cost effective. When working with custom partitions it is important that both the designer and the manufacturer have the same expectations, direction, and vision. Call us.
Do you only provide the colors shown on your color card?
No. We can laminate using Wilsonart, Formica, Pionite, Nevamar, Laminart, Abet Laminati, Trespa, Octalam, and others. Provide us the color name, color number and manufacturer, and we will quote your job using that color. If you do not specify a color with your request, we will base our pricing upon standard, current colors.
Pricing
How long do you hold pricing?
If you give us the approximate installation date when quoting, we will quote it based on that date. If a date is not provided we will only hold our quote for thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days please call to confirm pricing. If no increase is required we will simply reissue the quote with a current date requirement.
How can I get pricing?
A. If you are a contractor or an end user, email or call us, and we will put you in contact with a distributor and/or dealer in your area.
B. If you would like to become a distributor or dealer, contact us and we will forward you an application.
For pricing from us or a distributor/dealer, you will need to provide a floor plan or plan view layout, elevations and/or specifications with your request for quotation (RFQ). Other items that should be included with your RFQ include color selection(s), delivery address, contact information, and date goods are required to be on site.
What pricing levels do you offer?
We have distributors and dealers price levels. A distributor provides us with approved production drawings, dimensions, and specifications. Ironwood handles the submittals and approval drawings for our dealers.

How do you package your products for shipment?
Depending on the number of toilet stalls, we will:

B. Palletize and wrap in fiberboard.
C. For an additional fee we will perimeter crate or fully crate your job.
D. You may "will-call" your material with (or without) packaging.

Warranty
How well do Cascade (plastic laminate partitions) stand up in wet areas?
Cascade series compartments are not designed for installation in "wet areas". We do not warrant our Cascade products when installed in these locations. Wet areas should be furnished with our Olympic or Selkirk series partitions.
What are your product warranties?
Cascade Series: Three (3) years against delamination & workmanship, one year for hardware.
Olympic & Selkirk: Fifteen (15) years against delamination & workmanship, five (5) years for stainless hardware.
Warranties do not cover vandalized materials, improperly maintained items, or items installed in unsuitable environments.
